2. Our Products
We provide fruit and veg boxes, fridge and pantry essentials and healthy snacks.
3. Placing an order
An order may be placed online via our website, by email or by phone. Regardless of the way the order is placed, an online account will be set up to allow you to view and manage your account online
4. Order frequency
When you place your order, you can select the frequency of delivery of our products. Until we hear otherwise from you, we will continue to make delivery in accordance with your chosen frequency.
We deliver to residential customers in the Dublin area. Delivery will be made to the address provided when you place your order. If you have any special delivery requirements, please let us know at the time of placing the order. It is a matter for you to ensure that our delivery representative has access to your premises to effect delivery. From time to time due to circumstances beyond our control a delivery may be delayed. In such circumstances we will however endeavour to contact you to let you know if there is a delay and if necessary, make alternative arrangements.
6. Availability of Products
If a product is not available or we deem the quality to be below our required standards, we may
dispatch a suitable alternative product. If you do not wish to receive a suitable alternative,
please contact us by email on email@example.com.
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your delivery, please let us know on the day of
delivery by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
8. Cancellation and amendment of orders
You may make changes to your order up to 11.59pm two days prior to delivery. If you wish to
cancel the service completely, please ensure that you do so before the cut off time.
An invoice is available to view and print within the delivery history section of your online
account. A copy of the invoice will be included with your delivery.
Payment will be processed using the credit card provided at registration the day prior to
delivery. Credit Card payments are processed using Stripe.
We will communicate with you by email and/or text message regarding your order. You can opt
out of email communication by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the email. To opt out of
text messages, reply to the text with the word ‘STOP’
Without prejudice to clause 12.2 below, our Maximum liability for breach of these
terms and conditions whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence),
misrepresentation or otherwise shall in no circumstance exceed the total value of a
